The Weightlifter Paintshop,
established in 1960, comprises a shot blast tray, two
preparation bays and two spray ovens, all of which can
easily accommodate a 13.6 metre trailer.
Specialising in alloy or steel tipping
rigid and trailer bodies, rigid or trailer chassis,
Weightlifter are also finishers to blue chip companies such
as Tarmac, Lafarge and Hanson. The Paintshop also undertakes
repairs and refurbishment and the finishing of new cabs on
tractor units or rigids.
The Weightlifter paint process is AKzo
Nobel Sikkens LV350 two pack paint systems, an
environmentally friendly process that carries a three year
guarantee.
Personnel are time served and trained
to Sikkens Quality Standard. The Paintshop is audited by
Akzo Nobel several times a yea.
